These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Desigfy website and the waitlist and vendor partner programs (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Desigfy is real-time furniture sourcing for interior designers. The website currently lets you learn about Desigfy, join the designer waitlist, apply as a vendor partner, and take the Design Quiz. Features described as upcoming may change before launch.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. Vendor partner programs are intended for businesses that sell in the US, work with interior designers, and maintain a digital catalog.
Joining the waitlist or applying as a partner is an expression of interest and does not create an obligation on either side until a separate agreement is made. Founding benefits described on this site (such as free months at launch and priority placement) are offered at our discretion and may be adjusted as the product develops.
The Desigfy name, logo, website, and content are owned by Desigfy and protected by applicable laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desigfy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms as Desigfy grows. When we do, we'll revise the date above. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
