This Privacy Policy explains how Desigfy ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, join the waitlist, apply to partner, or otherwise interact with us. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

• Information you give us. When you join the waitlist, apply as a vendor, take the Design Quiz, or email us, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email address, and details about your work.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links, to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

How we use information

• To operate the waitlist and vendor partner program and to contact you about Desigfy.
• To send updates, resources, and guides you've asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand and improve how the website and product work.
• To meet legal and security obligations.

Forms and third-party services

Our waitlist and partner applications are collected through third-party form and analytics providers acting on our behalf. Those providers process your submission only to deliver it to us and are bound to handle it securely.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as email and form tools), or when required by law.

Your choices

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as Desigfy grows. When we do, we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, let waitlist members know.
